Good Wound Care is an advanced mobile service for hard to heal complex wounds and chronic oedemas.
Consultations may be at home, at a facility or clinic by prior arrangement. Telehealth is available in combination with mobile visits, or as a standalone service.

- Assistance with your specific wound goals not necessarily related to healing (such as strategies to reduce pain, odour and manage exudate or to become more independent)
Wound Types
Good Wound Care will accept referrals for the following:
Ulcers occurring on the leg and foot, pressure injuries, non-healing skin tears, moisture lesions, incontinence associated dermatitis, infected wounds, burns and radiation skin reactions, varicose eczema, lymphorrhea (leaky legs), stable surgical wound complications, traumatic wounds, malignant wounds, palliative wounds, atypical (rare) wounds, any hard to heal wound.
Stable diabetic foot wounds are able to be seen, ideally in collaboration with your podiatrist. However, for acute management of foot disease, a multidisciplinary diabetic foot unit may be warranted for high-risk feet with two or more of the following:
- Neuropathy
- Peripheral arterial disease
- Foot deformity
- Previous history of foot ulcer or amputation
Ineligible referrals:
- Wounds requiring urgent care
- Medically unstable or deteriorating patients (e.g. sepsis)
- Life threatening injuries or severe trauma
- Burns requiring referral to the Victorian Burns Service for Adults or Children

Good Wound Care uses mobile digital software with a 3D camera for fast and precise measuring, available in most home visits.
Compression therapy is challenging for many people. Donna offers a highly tailored compression service personalised to any problems individuals are experiencing. We work with various suppliers to ensure we find you the most suitable bandaging or garment system.
- Sequential Intermittent Pneumatic Compression Pump prescription and monitoring
- Education to manage Lymphoedema (skin care, activity, self-massage, deep breathing, compression)
- Lymphoedema Compression Garment Program, Red Level (expert) Registered AT Practitioner for SWEP (Statewide Equipment Program)
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage - client must be able to get up onto a mobile table
- If you attend a public sector lymphoedema clinic, we can provide additional home support visits and liaise with your team for consistency of care

Wound prevention and management, as a rapidly evolving discipline, is subject to emerging evidence and accreditation standards, resulting in the need for continual quality improvement and workplace systems reviews.
Good Wound Care offers bespoke wound management services to organisations to improve the quality of wound care in your facility and celebrate your successes. High performing systems evaluate true wound costs, correctly interpret data, support education that changes practice in the long term, and maintains evidence informed procedures.
